Hard as we may try to deny, we would all love to have a Facebook verified badge. However, that prestige is only available to a select few who meet some criteria Facebook have put in place.

3. Must be complete

4. Notable
A page must represent a well-known, often searched person, brand or entity. Pages and profiles that are featured in multiple news sources are frequently reviewed. However, paid or promotional content is not considered as a source for review.
If a page or profile doesn’t meet the criteria for a verified badge, there are other ways to let people know it’s authentic. For example, you can link to it from an official website, Instagram profile or Twitter account.
Ultimately, all pages and profiles are also expected to follow Facebook’s terms of service and community.
