The daughter of Billionaire, Elon Musk has legally applied for a change of name after saying she no longer wants to be related to her biological father “in any way, shape or form”.
Xavier Alexander Musk as she was known has asked to be recognized as a female and bear the name Vivian Jenna Wilson.
The petition filed for her name change and a new birth certificate was filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court in Santa Monica.
The Tesla and SpaceX CEO has yet to comment on the matter.
The 50-year-old was married to Canadian author, Justine Wilson from 2000 till their divorce 8 years later in 2008.
