Apple October 2021 event was held on Monday, October 18. We got some big news about the next MacBook Pro, AirPods 3, and other things.
The Apple Unleashed event, like past Apple events, was virtual and broadcasted from Apple Park. Apple returned with new colour options for speculated items such as the MacBook Pro 2021 (14-inch), MacBook Pro 16-inch 2021, AirPods 3, and HomePod small.
Under this post, we will be looking at the MacBook Pro 2021 (14″ and 16″), and the AirPods 3
1. MacBook Pro 2021 14-Inch
At the event, Apple announced two MacBook Pros, the 14 and 16 inches. It is claimed they would be out by the end of October possibly.
The M1 Max powered MacBook Pro 14-inch is 3.7 times faster in CPU performance than an (undisclosed generation) Intel i7 and 13 times faster in graphical performance.

Battery Power
The MacBook Pro 14-inch (2021) model can deliver up to 17 hours of video playback, which doesn’t quite hold a light to the 16-inch model which can achieve a remarkable 21 hours of video playback.
2. MacBook Pro 16-inch 2021
Powered by either the new 10-core M1 Pro or M1 Max chips, which feature eight performance cores and two efficiency cores, the new MacBook Pro 16-inch is a major step up performance-wise, but it does not end there.
The new M1 Pro and M1 Max chips are twice as fast as the Intel Core i9 in the MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019). The M1 Pro maxes out at 32GB RAM, while the M1 Max maxes out at 64GB.

The display of the MacBook Pro 16-inch (2021) is another beauty from Apple, with a Liquid Retina XDR display featuring mini-LED technology that delivers up to 1,000 nits of sustained, full-screen brightness.
3. AirPod3 2021
Support for Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking (like with the AirPods Pro and AirPods Max), adaptive EQ, and longer battery life than their predecessors are among the new features.
The AirPods (3rd generation) should sound better than the 2019 AirPods, thanks to a custom-built driver engineered to reduce distortion – however, whether they’ll be able to compete with class-leaders like the Sony WF-1000XM4 remains to be seen.

Features
Shorter Stems
The AirPod3 have shorter stems compared to the protruding stems of the 2019 AirPods. They also have touch-capacitive force sensors, which allow you to control your music playback with a squeeze of the stem.
Housing Change
The housings of the AirPods 3 is more streamlined than its predecessors. The contoured design sits at exactly the right angle to “deliver sound directly into your ear”.
The noise-cancelling earbuds deliver better sound isolation than AirPod Pro – and as a result, a more powerful bass performance, as well as reduced sound leakage.
Sweat and water resistance
Another new feature for the third-gen AirPods is IPX4 sweat and water resistance. They can be used while working out without worrying about a little sweat or a spot of rain.
Spatial Audio
Apple’s Spatial Audio technology applies directional audio filters to 5.1, 7.1, and Dolby Atmos material, putting sound in a 3D sphere and making it feel more immersive as if the audio is coming at you from all angles.
Battery Power
You get up to six hours of listening time or up to four hours of talk time from the buds themselves, with four additional charges from the case. A quick five-minute charge will give you about an hour of playback.
However, when the Spatial audio effect is enabled the power drops to a 5-hour maximum.
